On Friday you can tailor your conference experience. Choose between a Round Table Discussion, a site visit to the University Hospital or a Workshop. Pick what sparks your curiosity. Afternoon sessions take place at various locations across the city.
All registered participants will receive an email with instructions on how to sign up for the break-out sessions.

Option 1: Round Table Discussion for Artists Working in the Field of (Health) Care
This roundtable explores the role of body, embodiment, and artistic practice within the contexts of culture, health, and care.
Option 2: Exploring Culture & Care at the University Hospitals Leuven
In the afternoon, we will take you on a journey into the heart of the University Hospital. You will discover the hospital’s ongoing efforts to approach care in a broader, more inclusive way, and the role that art plays in this.
Option 3: Learning to Manage Societal Change Through Culture and Care
The climate challenge highlights how complex, urgent societal transitions require more than technical solutions or top-down policy. They call for new ways of managing change through shared leadership, cross-sector collaboration, and collective responsibility.
Option 4: Panel 'From Self-Care to We-Care' by Leuven MindGate
The panel raises a broader question: why is the future so often reduced to technology? And how can culture open up new ways of living and caring together?

In this Clinic, Coconuts hosts an interactive session centered around their internationally acclaimed method. Coconuts invites you to learn how to turn chaos into creation and how to integrate madness into your process.

What if plants had something to say? And what if you truly took the time to listen? In this hands-on workshop, you walk from STUK to the Botanical Garden and step into a world of sound, care and nature.

How does green space shape the way you feel? And what happens when nature is part of your daily city life? In this guided 3–30–300 walk, you explore Leuven through a green lens.
