@ The conference
On Friday afternoon, during the “From Self-Care to We-Care” session with Fredo De Smet and Robin Ibens, Sarah presents Buildr, an AI tool that helps organizations map and understand their culture. She emphasizes that today’s individualistic use of AI can make organizations more fragile, and demonstrates how collective approaches can build resilience.
