Kato Vanpoperinghe Belgium

Kato Vanpoperinghe is a policy officer at the Flemish Government, where she works within the Department of Culture, Youth and Media (Transversal Policy Team) on strengthening the links between culture, welfare, and health. In collaboration with colleagues in cultural education and participation, she contributes to policies grounded in the conviction that culture is a right for everyone. Kato actively builds networks that bring together stakeholders from the cultural and care sectors, helping to shape a widely supported, forward-looking vision on the role of culture in care and welfare.
