An Pauwels Belgium

An Pauwels is a community builder at De Grote Post and also works as a curator for FAAR. She is a co-creator of VUURWERK, where she focuses on participatory trajectories and the active involvement of young people and local communities in artistic processes.

In her work, An starts from principles of proximity, care, and trust, with a strong focus on inclusive collaboration and on making diverse voices within arts and culture visible.
