Leuven & East Brabant to be European Capital of Culture 2030. Together with the entire region, we are breaking out of our bubbles and building radically new connections, against polarisation and against the climate crisis.
On 24 September, Leuven and the East Brabant region were chosen by the European jury as European Capital of Culture 2030! The jury praised HumanNature, the concept with which Leuven and the region are using culture to build a better society for everyone.
