Inga Surgunte Latvia

Inga Surgunte is a cultural policy expert who has played a pioneering role in advancing Arts on Prescription across the Baltic States. She is a key force behind the Arts on Prescription in the Baltic Sea Region initiative and the Museums on Prescription programme in Cēsis, Latvia. Inga also advises authorities, trains cultural professionals, and contributes to European policy work on integrating arts-based interventions into public health strategies.
