Griet Dobbelaere Belgium
Griet Dobbelaere is a community builder at De Grote Post in Ostend and works as a maker and connector at the intersection of art, participation, and education. She is a co-creator of VUURWERK, a multi-day winter festival rooted in light and darkness, encounter, and collective imagination.
Griet strongly believes in art as a space where people—especially young people—can encounter themselves and each other in new ways. She creates spaces where stories are allowed to spark, rub, and glow.
